There is a high possibility of creating hurricane in Bay of Bengal. The Weather Time Meteorologist Umar Rehman says the storm is elevating.
He says it will wind up being a completed tempest till 24 November. He says he is consistently viewing the atmosphere models and the advancement of the storm. He further added that the typhoon was to late as compared by the last time.
